She doesn't need to go to the OR under general anestheic, but insurance won't cover it if we do it in the small procedure room with local anesthetic, so we are putting her under super-light general just so insurance will cover it. How ridiculously LAME! Okay a few more highlights: #6: the cold cucmber yougurt dill soup from Bittersweet that I ate yesterday. There is this PBS show called check please (WTTW CHICAGO) and they review all these Chicago restaurants, and so we have been hitting them up and the good ones are always SO GOOD, at least the ones where avg price per person is less than 20 bucks....we don't go otherwise. We talked to the owner as they were closing up, and we told him we came cuz of Check Please and her was like, that show has a cult following. As soon as that program first aired in the fall, people lined up outside the store every weekend.....he was almost weirded out by the phenomenon. We also ate this yummy goat cheese and grilled peppers and tomato on panini sandwich and a huge rootbeer float....it was yumster.com. When you visit, I'll take you there.
